A design by the Legendary Morris Lapidus. Castellanos Design Studio studied the Master’s design concept and idea to propose a substantial renovation to one of his Masterpieces. The project was approved by Miami Beach Design Review Board that CDS propose due to the expressiveness to Mr. Lapidis’ design.
